Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
Delivery Time
- Norway: Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur with the shipping carrier. Royal Tribe Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
