Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy – Royal Tribe Beauty
At Royal Tribe Beauty, we comply with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in Norway or another EEA country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending a clear statement by email to support@royaltribenorway.com before the 14-day period expires.
You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided under Norwegian consumer legislation, although this is not mandatory.
Return Conditions
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item within 14 days.
The item must be returned in its original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by Norwegian consumer law.
A 1% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled until they have been processed for fulfilment. Once an order has entered the fulfilment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may instead exercise your legal right of withdrawal if applicable.
Hygiene Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hair extensions or other sealed beauty products that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Section 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
Products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, or are otherwise no longer in resaleable condition cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@royaltribenorway.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by Norwegian law. However, any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
